Getting ready location(s)-

Please describe where both the bride and groom will be getting ready and whether you want the photographer there.

Example:

 

Bride- I will be getting ready at the hotel to start, and then plan to depart to venue's bridal suite at 1pm. I would like the photographer to join us at both the hotel and venue's bridal suite for pre-ceremony photos.

 

Groom- They will be getting ready at the hotel. There is no private area for the groomsmen to get ready at the venue so we would like most of his pre-ceremony photos to be taken at the hotel in the morning.

Family portraits usually take place during cocktail hour. Please rate the level of formal you'd like these from a scale of 0-5. ( 5 being the most formal)
Family portraits usually take place during cocktail hr but usually there’s time left for bride and groom portraits. Please rate the importance of fitting these in.
